In partnership with Closet Solutions. As always, opinions are our own.

Resolutions are for the birds. There I said it. Over the years I have made many (resolutions) and stuck with none. I just do not subscribe to the notion that I can suddenly, in one sweeping proclamation, become a different person.

Resolutions are for the birds but intentions are something I can hang my hat on.

I set some intentions for the new year and I found out that I was actually pretty mindful when making decisions that involved those intentions.

Was I always perfect? Nope.

But I did see changes in my behavior and overall happiness over the year and that is something I am proud of.

In the first hours of the new year I found my self pondering what my intentions would be for the fresh, new year. I repeated some from last year that served me well and added a big scary one. I decided I would make every space in my home a true reflection of myself and my family. I want our home to be a place of rest, peace, and comfort.

This meant I had to delve into the spaces that scare me, like my pantry.

Needless to say I was eager to meet with Bronwyn from Closet Solutions and have her give me some tips about how to optimize all the space in my pantry.

She took some measurements and we discussed what Closet Solutions could do to bring life to my dull space. They offer many services including: installing custom cabinets, shelves, built-ins and drawers that make your closet or pantry one you have always dreamed of.

Bronwyn also gave me some DIY tips I could utilize to make my pantry more organized and beautiful immediately. She suggested I get baskets to use for storage and to identify what items might work better in canisters and transfer those.

She was very easy to talk to and I found myself not only eager to update my pantry but some other spaces as well. They are not limited to just pantries and closets. Closet Solutions can plan, execute, and crate your dream space in almost any room in your home.

Closet Solutions offers so many custom options and they are very helpful. I will not hesitate to reach out to them again this year as I navigate the new intentions I have set to have a purposeful space.
